FERTILIZER MIXING:
Many in the agricultural chemical industry, when searching out fertilizer mixers are looking for the following features:

Due to the nature of most organic liquids, when mixing fertilizers, the organics have a tendency to separate and settle (coming out of suspension). To that end, Dynamix provides various heavy-duty portable utility mixers for large tanks, totes, and drums.

SEED TREATMENT MIXING:
When mixing for seed treatment in totes, many of our customers look for a more modular approach and use our dynamic coupling technology to make changing or moving a mixer drive section easier between totes. Our crop protection mixing configurations are designed and geared for these qualities when blending their polymers and silica or clay-based suspension:
- Lowering the mixing time to complete mixing – homogeneous solution
- Efficient and energy and labor-saving solution
- The ability to handle low to medium viscosity of 500 to 5000 cP

DYNAMIC DRIVE COUPLING FOR CROP PROTECTION APPLICATIONS WITH TOTES
The Integrated Tote Mixer design allows you to easily re-configure the unit by mixing and matching the drive and agitator segments. This means that you can use the same tote mixer drive across multiple totes or crop protection applications. Because the two components are designed to attach and detach without using tools or brackets, you can now assemble the tote mixer that your process needs in seconds. The mechanisms of it work similarly to a ratchet set. Eliminate product cross-contamination cost-effectively by sharing the drive segment across between totes without sharing the agitator segments.
FOUR-BLADED COLLAPSIBLE IMPELLERS FOR CROP PROTECTION MIXING
In the past, using larger impeller blades for mixing in a tote has been a challenge for most crop protection applications. To that end, Dynamix designed collapsible impellers to fit in the small opening on top of the totes used as mixing vessels. For instance, our 4-bladed collapsible impellers allow blades up to 20” in diameter to enter through the small openings of a tote, creating the controlled mixing environment you expect from larger mixers. With a properly sized impeller, the process manager can achieve better product quality, mixer performance, and energy efficiency.
