OUR AGITATORS  MIXER’S PRODUCT WARRANTY

Dynamix agitators and mixers carry warranties ranging from 1 year to an industry-leading 3-year warranty on products such as Portable and DMX 5000 Mixers. Refer to your quotation for details. Dynamix Agitators Inc. warrants that our mixers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The materials are certified to be of specific analysis; however, because we cannot control your application our materials are not guaranteed against chemical and abrasive attack unless otherwise noted. Defective parts shall be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge, FOB our plant.

Limitations

We do not assume and we expressly disclaim any liability concerning: any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which anyone may suffer as a result of the use, servicing, or loss of use of our products; our total liability under our warranty or in connection with any claim involving our product is expressly limited to the purchase price of the product. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.
