Every line of Dynamix mixers provides a variety of mounting options for optimized engineering and quality results. Our mounts are available in a wide variety of configurations with light to heavy-duty construction, providing flexibility in adapting to your tank.
Mounting options for tank mixers
Plate Mount Option - Industrial Mixer
A standard plate for portable mixers and large industrial agitators, to mount on beams over open-head tanks.
Flange Mount Option - Industrial Mixer
Standard ANSI pipe flange for portable mixers and large industrial agitators, to mount on closed-head tanks. This mount is for non-pressurized tanks.
Drop Flange Mount Option
The drop-flange mount for portable mixers and large industrial agitators allows the shaft and drive sections to be separated so that the shaft rests on the flange and the gearbox can be removed for service.
Pedestal Flange Mount Option
The pedestal flange mount for portable mixers and large industrial agitators. The pedestal houses the stuffing box or mechanical seals for pressurized tanks.
Side-Entry Flange Mount Option
The flange mount for portable mixers and large industrial side-entry tank agitators.
Heavy-Duty Clamp Mount Option
The heavy-duty clamp mount for portable mixers is keyed for secure positioning through 30 degrees on the horizontal axis, allowing maximum flexibility.
Mounting Options for Drum Mixers
Drum Clamp Mount
The standard clamp mount design for mixing in both open-head drums. The clamp mount is angle mounted to allow for larger diameter collapsible impellers.
Drum Lid Mount Option
The standard steel drum lid design mounts on a drum or barrel, with either a Center Mount for solid suspension and high-viscosity applications or an Offset Mount to enable the baffling effect.
Bung Hole Mount Option
The standard 2″ NPT bung port mount allows for fully enclosed mixing. Collapsible impellers expand internally to provide increased mixing in closed-head drums and totes.
