1.Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Technical Sales Engineer:

At Dynamix Agitators, we specialize in engineering and manufacturing Agitators and Mixers for industrial process markets worldwide. Our customers include some of the world’s leading energy and natural resource companies, as well as some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies. We recognize that our employees are the cornerstone of our accomplishments and pride ourselves on being people of passion and integrity. We are seeking a highly motivated Application Sales Manager with experience developing and growing this region.

 

Members of our sales team are innovative problem solvers who use their expertise to improve our clients’ process solutions. We are looking for a technical sales professional who can develop outside sales and work intimately with inside engineering and manufacturing.

About you:

Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in selling industrial equipment to Energy and Natural Resource industries and has a proven ability to motivate a sales channel. You are a professional self-starter who can work collaboratively with other disciplines.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to define customer specifications and needs in order to specify and quote an engineered product.
  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering education
  • Good command of MS Office products and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales channel relationships with OEM’s and Resellers.
  • Work closely with the engineering design and manufacturing team to ENSURE our customers’ experience IS EXCEPTIONAL.
  • Analyze the client’s technical needs, with an understanding of their process and operations.
  • Articulate product characteristics and usage to the customer.
  • Identify all needs of accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Administer sales support as needed for the team.
  • Work closely with the engineering design and manufacturing teams to improve our relationship with the sales channel.
  • Manage existing relationships with quotes, follow-ups, and order processing.
  • Maintain our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Maintain and support the sales team in customer service.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Has worked in a technical or industrial environment
  • High energy self-starter is able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Familiar with rotational equipment.
  • Has experience responding to RFQ’s and tenders.

2.General Manager:

Job Title: General Manager.

Department: Manufacturing and Sales.

 

Position Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and Solution Sales process. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven management skills, a strong background in reporting, and the ability to effectively communicate within project management and business case scenarios.

Primary Work Activities and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on operational performance, financials, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Play a key role in long-term strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
  • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including the development and presentation of business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field(preferred).

3.Director of Sales:

Job Summary: The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the growth of the company through our Sales Channels and Applications Engineering. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience and developing sales teams the North American Process Industries. The Director of Sales will have experience developing and being held accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership and Management: 

  • Lead, Develop, and manage the sales team to ensure our brand of Quality Engineering is maintained. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team’s effectiveness. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

Sales Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. 
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the sales team and manage their progress.

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships in key projects and with important Clients 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Operations: 

  • Work closely with Application Engineering to provide optimal engineering service with our quote and tender process 
  • Represent all major Projects and Channel Development to Management. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Our Brand is our Application Engineering and Solution Sales. This is a combination of Mechanical and Process Engineering. The application of our capabilities into the market is exciting and rewarding. This also means that these resources need to be allocated effectively, and client needs analysis will often require intimate learning. You need to be an effective learner.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, including agitators and related equipment. 
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and applications. 
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of Sales Management experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
  • Knowledge of agitators and related products is highly desirable.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position. 
  • May require frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
